This one isn’t on Amazon Fresh- they have restaurants that handle this stuff, it was probably a line cook grabbing a handful on the fly and boxing it up- there is a disconnect between the restaurant and Amazon Fresh as normally the stuff (besides the produce) that have the most issues .. are from outside vendors- quality control could be a big issue and would be hard to keep an eye on.
One Year with Amazon Fresh 
The chips look tasty, but definitely looks like they might need to figure out how to weigh things a little better.
