Nice order. Nothing like a load of groceries being brought into the house. It’s like Christmas. Sausages from Italy — nice.

I have heard that Costco has been squeezing out a lot of the name brands and rolling out a lot of their “private label” Kirkland brand for many products. Kind of a bummer as it is nice when consumers have choices. It seems like a lot of big companies do this is their mature stages. Someone gets the idea that the retailer can get rid of the companies that developed the formulas/recipes and marketed the products, and just swoop in a make a copy-cat product that is close, but not quite what the name brand brings to the table. Hoping that this trend receives some resistance. The local markets have been good at offering lots of brand choices. Jif Peanut Butter any day over Kirkland brand.
